I have been a stay at home mom now for 3 weeks and I'm ashamed to say I havent been on my treadmill I own the entire time.. I have decided now that I am taking the horse by the reins and going to try to lose some weight the good ole fashioned way! Calorie counting and physical activity! Starting with an hr on the treadmill tonight and usng Myfitnesspal app to count my calories starting tomorrow! I can feel myself gaining the weight back that I so desperately took my time to lose! And I wont let it happen! I really need some motivation and I have so many followers of my HCG blog that I know I can count on you all!
